在2017年全国社会工作者职业水平考试中，全市通过考试人数268人。目前，合肥市共有持证专业社会工作者2955人（中级社会工作师617人、助理社会工作师2061人），约占全省持证专业社工的38%，。其中，30 %以上具有本科及以上学历。近年来，合肥市民政局认真贯彻《关于加强社会工作专业人才队伍建设的实施意见》精神，践行创新培训思路，打造培训项目，创建培训品牌，努力实现2020年社会工作人才队伍建设目标。年初，会同合肥市社工协会下发了《关于开展2017年合肥市社会工作培训项目的通知》，启动了“合肥市社会工作培训”项目，帮助参考人员加强对社工考试课程的理解，促进提高考试通过率。此外，为加强社会工作者职业水平证书登记和管理，进一步推动社会工作人才队伍专业化、规范化、标准化建设，会同合肥市社会工作协会开展社会工作者职业资格证书系统录入及维护工作。证书领取：2017年社会工作者证书领取专题
