个人以为这个首先取决于你的主要难点在哪方面。如果是词汇，那么找一本词汇书，不必每个词都完全背下来，从头到尾从尾到头反复翻几遍，把里面的词先混个眼熟。同时去读阅读文章，第一遍做题，第二遍把生词画出来，先猜测一下意思然后再查一遍核对一下，多练习一下就好了。如果是句子太长的问题，那就练习一下划分句子成分，把复杂句式简单化。再辅以大量的泛读，习惯了就好。英语毕竟是外语，不排除在看的过程中有一种厌烦的排斥心理。个人经验是这个恐怕只能用填鸭式的方法大量泛读，习惯了就好。如果是对说明文一类的问题不感冒，那么就多研究一下说明文的构成和写作方式。英语说明文的结构是比较固定。研究这个不仅对阅读，对写作也是很有用的。还有一种漫天撒网的方式就是有空多看看中文相似类型的文章，比如科普读物之类的，有助于习惯文体，又能扩展知识面，还有小概率和考试内容有共通之处。另外材料给出的中文翻译常常只是字面上的翻译并不是语言思维的转化，往往句式还是英文句式，所以个人感觉关键问题还在英文思维上，这个恐怕只能通过各种英文输入渠道一点点培养如果是对。六级毕竟只是一种语言考试，其中也有很多技巧可以最大限度上降低对文章理解程度的要求，比如细节题中使用一些关键词（专有名词或同义转换后的核心词）定位等等，很多培训班都讲，在做基础练习到达一定程度后不妨搜一搜听一听，在练习中互相印证一下。个人观点，仅供参考。
