7.Probationary Period:
The probationary period is 3 months from commencement date.

The contract period is three years from commencement date.

9.Hours of Work:
Full time work,40 hours per week,8 hours per day，the weekend two days off.

10.Pre-employment medical check-up:
Your employment is subject to passing a pre-employment medical check-up at company appointed hospital. If the medical check-up result shows your health condition cannot meet the requirements of labor law or our company, the offer letter will be cancelled immediately without any compensation.

这里的offer全称是offer letter,指的是“录用信”或“录取通知”。实际操作中，offer有各种名目，有人称之为“录取通知”，有人谓之“录用信”，也有人称为“要约函”。

1、是最重要的一点，就是看一下你名字的拼音对不对。千万不要以为这是不可能出错的哦！特别是前后鼻音上，经常是会发生错误的。如果offer上面的名字和你的护照上面的名字不同，那么这个offer letter就不是你的了。当然，这其中还包括你的性别、生日等细节都是要注意的，万一发生错误，你就要马上和学校联系，然后让学校出一封新的offer letter！
2、这个offer letter中的专业是不是你原先想要申请的专业。或许大家都会认为这是不可能发生的事情。申请硕士课程通常不会发生错误，但是那些申请专升本的学生就经常会遇到这样的错误。
所以学生必须仔细看一下offer，如果发现有不对的地方，必须马上和学校取得联系，询问一下具体情况，如果能在商量和重新评估后拿到一个自己想要的offer当然是最好的；但是如果学校不同意修改的话，学生就必须重新考虑申请了。
3、在拿到offer之后还必须仔细阅读offer上的内容，特别是conditional offer包含的条件。
