Premiere比较专业，学起来较难；会声会影比较简单。如果是家庭制作的录像，用会声会影编辑就可以了，如果是影楼或者电视台最好用Premiere。Premiere对采集的视频素材比会声会影要求要高（清晰度要高），输出的视频相应的也清晰度高，但是占用内存也较多。Premiere的转场格式没有会声会影多，也没有会声会影操作简单。（除非你自己会用Premiere设计转场）Premiere设计文字标题效果比会声会影强大，特别是文字较多时，Premiere可以设计成滚动的，会声会影就做不到了。
