华妹(弟),你想减肥初衷是好的,谁都想苗苗条条的是不(他同意)。可是,你真节食一段时间,能不能减下肥了咱先放一边,目前你是发育阶段营养得跟上啊,鸡腿啊汉堡什么的多好吃(他还同意,小孩是很馋滴)但是减肥的方法有很多啊,不一定要节食是不是?(他同意)。比如说你给自己定个减肥计划,几周或者几个月瘦多少斤。在具体点今天吃什么,吃多少,做些多少的运动减肥嘛运动是不可避免的!等等吧。自己按着计划走,这样下来不管最后瘦没瘦下来也算作了件有意义的事,不像你说的节食,天天挨饿哪天坚持不住一顿虎吃又吃回来了,这样没有意义是不是?呵呵。差不多了,LZ,总之你如果劝他的话,开始顺着他说,然后再逆着说,第一他容易接受,第二不会让他觉得你这朋友咋这样,我减个肥横阻竖拦的,其实是为他好。落下一点没说,减肥药也是一个选择。受不受了那罪看他自己了!满意请采纳!!!!
