我本来打算去大韩航空应聘乘务员的，可是临时决定不去了。所以我写的申请动机和入职规划用不着了，就当给你参考吧。申请动机：Infact,Iammotivatedbysomeverysimpleideasandwishesofminewhicharelistedasfollowing.First,Ihaveneverbeeninaplane.ThenithasalwaysbeenoneofmywishestogetintoaplaneandIwouldliketobeinaplaneforthefirsttimeasastewardessratherthaninapassengercapacity.Apassengeralwayspassesby,butastewardesswillalwaysstay.Second,asanEnglishmajorstudentgraduatingfromaforeignstudiesuniversity,I’minterestedindifferentculturesofforeigncountries.AsforKorea,afriendlyneighborofChina,itmusthavesomethingcommonandsomethingdifferentinitsculturecomparedwithChina’s.Iwouldliketoexperienceallthosecultureshocksandexchangesbymyself.Third,IwouldtocontributemyenergyandpassiontothevocationthatIloveinordertoearnadecentwage.Asayouthandtheelderchildofmyfamily,Iwouldliketodevelopmyabilityofworkingwithdifferentpeopleandthespiritofservice.AndstewardessistheoneIlove.入职规划：EvenifIcangetthisjob,Iamstillafreshmaninthisvocation,whichmeansIhavealottolearn.ImusthaveaclearmindaboutwhatIneedtodoandwhatkindofpersonIwanttobe.First,asafreshman,Iwilltrymybesttolearnfromthoseoutstandingstewardessesandsumupmyownexperiencethroughmycarefulworkinginsteadoftrialanderror.Iwilltrytomakeagoodteamworkwithallmycolleagues.IbelieveitwilltakeashorttimeformetograspprofessionalknowledgeandskillsofserviceandIcanbecomeanexcellentemployeesoon.Then,Iwillkeepworkinghardinordertobuildupagracefulandgraciousimageofastewardess.Idon’tneedfame,andIdon’tneedmypassengerstoknowmyname,allthatIwantotherstoknowisIamthebestrepresentativeofthestewardessesofKoreanAir,whichisalsomypursuit.IfsomedayIamreallyconsideredasso,IwouldliketoapplyforapositionofChiefStewardessandIwillleadmyteamasIalwaysleadmyself.Atlast,whenIamagedandexperiencedenough,Iwanttobecomeatrainerofthenewstewardesses,ofcourseifthereisakindofpositionoffered.Onepersoncandohisorherjobverywellisstillfarfromenoughforthecompany,allofusneedtocontribute.Idon’tmeanIamthebestexampletothemortheymustlearnfromme.WhatIwanttodoistoprovidesomeideasandsuggestionsforthemandtohelpthemtogrowupinthebigfamilyofstewardesses.
