要应聘讲师的话就要给人足够的专业印象。简历上将自己的英语水平醒目标出；托福雅思分数、专八分数等；有相关授课经验也醒目标出；面试的时候重点讲一讲自己的授课经历、专业技巧、最好能试讲。还有表现的阳光一点，有亲和力一点，能掌控全局一点。

首先要有教师资格证，并熟悉英语教学大纲，一般都会有试讲，好好准备试讲的课件，面试时多多体现自己的丰富的教学经验。
