Relaunching land trade on the Silk Road.Chinese government leaders have continually announced major plans for train and road routes to Europe. There are now about 40 railway lines connecting Europe and China, and Chinese freight can now reach the UK. These trains traveled by land within 18 days. This is much faster than a ship that takes about a month to reach Europe.China is also building port facilities, ports and railway facilities in key places around the world. It is estimated that hundreds of billions of dollars are spent each year. These transportation facilities make export products more economical, and are designed to help China ’s industrial production and wealth increase significantly, while also developing the economy along the line to achieve a win-win situation.
