制作过程

三根筷子准备打蛋清打几下会出现大泡泡这个时候就要放食材了,为了突出甜,放一点点盐一勺糖继续打,继续打,到有点稠时再放一勺糖,继续打大约15分钟后,就会变成奶油状,而且筷子上的不会掉下来,这个过程比较关键,15分钟连续打,蛋黄里放两勺糖、3勺冒尖的面粉、6勺牛奶,搅拌好,倒入一半奶油状的蛋清【注意:上下搅拌也就是从底下往上翻搅而不是打圈,搅拌均匀后再倒入另一半奶油状蛋清,上下搅拌好 。】

按下电饭煲煮饭键预热1分钟后拿出,锅有点热就可,倒入少许油,均匀涂在锅内,以防粘锅。倒入搅拌好的东西,然后摔几下锅,把气泡震出来。

按下煮饭键,2分钟左右,会自动跳到保温档,这时用毛巾捂住通风口,闷20分钟 然后再按下煮饭键,20分钟后就好了,开盖后,锅内涂了油,一倒就出来啦,蛋糕底部颜色比较深松软可口的蛋糕,蛋糕制作完毕。

这里有两种:1.ORANGE DREAM CAKE 1 pkg yellow cake mix3/4 cup Miracle Whip1 pkg Dream Whip3/4 cups orange juice3 eggs2 tsp grated orange zestPreheat oven to 350°F.Combine the Miracle Whip, Dream Whip, cake mix, orange juice, beaten eggs and orange zest with electric mixer at medium speed for 2 minutes.Pour into a greased and floured 10" bundt pan.Bake 35-40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out nearly clean. Cool 10-15 minutes, loosen sides with a blunt knife and remove from pan.Cool completely. Stir together 1 1/2 cups 10X sugar (confectioners) with 2-3 tablespoons of milk and drizzle over cooled cake. Sprinkle top with coconut if desired.2。PERFECT CHOCOLATE CAKE 4 ounces unsweetened chocolate1/2 c. milk1 c. brown sugar, packed1/4 tsp. If you don't have superfine sugar you can pulse regular granulated sugar in the food processor to substitute. Superfine sugar dissolves readily and works best for cakes, helping to produce a lighter texture.
