emo的模样
先来说说EMO，EMO是英文单词emotional的缩写，翻译成中文的话，就是情绪硬核或情绪化硬核。延展开来说，那就是颓废、抑郁、消极悲观的情绪，总而言之就是心情不大好，所以网上说“我emo了”，一般就是我情绪上来了，我抑郁了的说法。关于姨妈期（经期）emo，那应该是emox2，叠加emo，因为我们大多数还有生理疼痛（肚子疼、头疼等）。经期emo具体如下：来大姨妈的时候特别容易烦躁，很小的不顺心都会被无限放大，很想发脾气，但是又想要努力克制住，但是这样下来心里就更加不舒坦了。而且烦躁、想发脾气、爱哭、觉得委屈，觉得全世界都对不起自己等负面情绪。这种负面情绪不是自己的脾气不好，而是一种生理现象，脾气再好的人，经期里都有很多负面情绪，很容易和身边人产生冲突。

2、一个人呆着。
3、睡觉。
4、发一顿脾气。
