所用地区不同，但某个试卷出题人基本也是所用地区的老师。两者题目并没用本质区别，如果你是高考复习的话，做些其他全国卷和地方卷是很有好处的，无论哪门考试，都有相互借鉴前些年考试题目类型的可能。尤其生物题目和语文题目。
