去年暑假，我参加了职场体验活动，我从中受益匪浅，获得了真正的社会技能，这也正是这种活动的意义所在吧。

除了课外实践活动，我还通过课外阅读来净化自己的灵魂。正如凯勒所说：一本好书像一艘船，带领我们从狭隘的地方驶向无限广阔的生活海洋。所以我挑选了课外名著如《傲慢与偏见》《红高粱》等图书开阔我的视野。

我每天都锻炼身体，保持健康和充满活力。毕竟，我们还是要德智体美全面发展。

Learning is a gradual and long process, I will constantly exploring in the treasure house of knowledge, enrich himself. Last summer holiday, I took part in the work experience, I benefited from, obtained the real social skills, that is what is the significance of this activity. In addition to practice activities, I also through extracurricular reading to purify my soul. As keller said: a good book is like a ship, lead us from narrow places to life infinite broad ocean. So I picked out the extracurricular books such as "pride and prejudice" red sorghum books widen my horizons.I exercise every day, to keep healthy and energetic. Learning is a long and gradual process . I will keep exploring and getting as much knowledge as I can to improve myself. Last summer vacation I took part in an empoyment trial and gained much knowledge and practical skills . I think that is where the significence lies . Apart from practice in the spare time , I have been purifying my soul all the time by reading . As Hellensaid," A good book is like a vessel that take us to the limitless sea of life from the narrow bay.'As a result , I choose some works by famous writers like Pride and Prejudice and Red Sorghum to get wider perspectiveof theworld 。I exercise regularly every day to keep myself fresh and energetic . After all we should developphisically and mentally in every aspect of life .

Knowing that studying/learning is a long-term process to be followed in proper sequence and make steady progress, I will keep exploring in the thesaurus of knowledge so as to enrich myself continuously. Last summer I attended the ‘career experience’ campaign from which I benefit a lot and gained some real social skills, which might be the true meaning of the campaign.In addition to the after-class practices, I purified my soul with a lot of after-class readings. As Keller said, “a book likes a ship, leads us from the narrow place, and sails to the life the infinite broad sea.” Therefore I selected the masterpieces as “Pride and Prejudice” and “Red Sorghum” etc. as my collateral readings to widen my vision.I practice physical exercise everyday so as to keep healthy and energetic, because we need to develop ourselves morally, intellectually, physically and aesthetically after all.
