召开会议(组织和主持会议)
如果你觉得团队中有需要讨论的事情，你可以“召集会议”，也可以由其他同事或上级“召集会议”。
如果有人希望“发言”(主持会议的一部分)或提供具体信息，那么不要忘记亲自通知他们(如果他们不在附近，也可以通过电话通知!)他们的职责，所以他们有时间准备。

1、meeting指会议，集会，可指各种大小规模的会议，是普通用词。
英文释义：an event at which people meet to discuss and decide things.
常用的搭配有summit meeting 峰会，press meeting记者招待会议，emergency meeting紧急会议等的用法。
2、session指法庭之休庭期，会议之会期。也可指大学的学期或一段上课时间，也可指一系列的（conference）中的一次。
英文释义：a formal meeting or group of meetings, especially of a law court or parliament
3、conference一般多指较大型，正式的会议。
例如CPPCC（Chinese People's Political Consultative Conference）中国人民政治协商会议。
英文释义：a large formal meeting where a lot of people discuss important matters such as business, politics, or science, especially for several days.

congress

convention
