Dear Owner, I had recently purchase a new model cellphone during mid-May. After a week of usage, the phone wasn't able to function properly and showing signs of breakdown. I have had this phone fixed 2 times but still wasn't able to function. I demand one of the following: exchange of same model, or full refund.谢谢。
