好像没有专有名词吧，四大时装周网上释义：纽约 伦敦 巴黎 米兰。四大时装周每年一届，分为春夏时装周（9、10月上旬）和秋冬时装周（2、3月）两个部分，每次在大约一个月的时间内相继举办300余场时装发布会。具体时间不一定，但都在这个时段内发布。 所以可以译为：International Fashion Week 或者 Fashion Week，具体在那个城市举办就冠以哪个城市的名字，如，Paris Fashion Week，New York Fashion Week 等等。
