各地劳动机构都有自己的合同范本，必须购买填写，自己制作或从网上下载打印的是不能用的。建议到当地劳动机构咨询购买。

劳动合同 labor contract（俄语 Подряд работы）劳务协议 Labor Agreement （俄语 Договор на обслыживание）“合同”一般用contract，这个是比较正式的，协议一般正式的都用agreement，可以参考词霸或双语大辞典
