accountable和responsible的区别：意思不同、用法不同。
一、意思不同
1.accountable意思：adj. (对自己的决定、行为)负有责任，有说明义务;
2.responsible意思：adj. 有责任; 负责; 承担义务; 应受责备; 作为原因; 成为起因;
二、用法不同
1.accountable用法：用来修饰名词,表示人或事物的特征。

2.responsible用法：常用作定语，也可作表语、补语或状语。

这是因为汉语句子里面喜欢所谓的“形散神不散”，即句子结构松散，但其中的语意又是紧密相连的，所以为了表达出这种感觉，汉语多用简单句进行写作。而英语则不同，它比较强调形式，结构严谨，所以会多用复杂句、长句。因此，汉译英时还需要注意介词、连词、分词的使用。
