1、journey指从一地到另一地，通常指陆地上的远距离“旅行”，有时也可以表示经常走的或长或短的“路程”。只作名词。例如：

trip用作动词的基本意思是“走，跑”，含有脚步轻快的意味，是不及物动词，常与介词、副词连用。
trip还可指“没有看到障碍物而绊倒”，常与over连用。引申可作“失足”“失言”“出差错”解，可指某人诱使某人犯错误，也可指某人由于自身的原因而犯错误，可用作不及物动词，也可用作及物动词。用作及物动词时，接名词或代词作宾语。
trip作名词时，在英国指短距离的行程，在美国则指长距离的行程，如a trip to the moon（到月球的行程）是美式英语的用法。
make a trip和take a trip都表示旅行。在美式英语中前者指“有特定目的的行程”，而后者指“旅行”。
