整体来看，必要性不大。LEC是国内鉴于法律英语需求增加，仿照TOLES和ILEC成立的法律英语考试。就认可度来说无疑是最低的，国际影响力就更不用多言。比起800元的报名费来说，报考LEC的性价比实在是有点低。

简介：

在国内主要有三类法律英语考试：TOLES、ILEC、LEC。

TOLES法律英语证书考试，是国际著名的法律英语水平考试之一，主要面向国际执业律师、法律专业学生及法律专业翻译公司等，在全球设有200多家考试和培训中心，每年统一举办5次考试。

ILEC证书，即剑桥国际法律英语证书，该证书主要被欧洲律师协会、欧洲青年律师协会等认证。但在国内及国际上的认可度要低于TOLES，同时在实务性方面也要略逊于TOLES。其优势在于ILEC每月都会举行考试，同时在国内的考点要多于TOLES。
