我可以给你些建议，我以前也是口语与楼主相似，但是后来通过自学是的口语技能提升。首先请楼主必须拿出固定时间来学英语，坚持是第一重要的。然后确定目标，楼主是想学口语，那么请在学习过程中张口读，大声的读。掌握基本的语法后，请不要拿着单词本自己被单词，要出去找各种机会跟别人说英语，这个就要脸皮厚了，别怕失误错误，勇敢就会成功。还要记住一个要点就是，只有你自己说出来的单词/句子才是你自己的，因此请不断的改善自己的词汇量，应用到下一轮的对话之中。这样我保证1年以内楼主能达到基本会话水平。如果楼主找不到地方或人联系口语，我以前经常去一个聊天室，里面很多都是像楼主一样的人，所以大家一起练习，好处多多。该聊天室是UC的聊天室，如果楼找不到的话可以给我发站内信息，我告诉你如何进UC聊天室。
