We are middle school students and we are busy with our lessons. So some people think we should concentrate more on our studies. If we volunteer to help others, it’s a waste of time. But I think volunteering is great.

I not only feel good about helping others, but also get to spend time doing what I love to do. And from volunteering I have learned many things that I have never learned in class. So if I have an oppoutunity, I’d like to visit old people’s houses to clean up for them. I’d also like to help sick kids in hospital. I love kids and I plan to put my love to good use by working in hospital.

In a word, I’d like to help people who need help. If everyone helps out a bit, the world will be more colorful.

students volunteers brought sunshine to the elderly.on may day, liyue and zhang hua, students from class three,grade two, went to sunshine nursing home and did some voluntary work. upon their arrival. li yue and zhang hua were warmly welcomed,and respectfully, they presented the elderly with fruits and flowers.then they started working at once,cleaning the windows and sweeping the floor. everything done. they sat in the yard chatting with the elderly people.

when it was time for the volunteers to leave. the elderly people thanked them for their kindness. they said it was such a beautiful day that they would remember it forever.

I went to ZhongShan Park with my classmates where participated in an environmental protection acitivity.

On that day,everyone played an important role in this environmental volunteer activity.Some classmates were handing out the leaflets of how to be an environmental volunteer and call up everyone keep the environment clean.The other classmates and I tried our best to pick up rubbish and clean the garbage cans.

ALthrough I spent 12-hour on an environmental volunteer activity,I felt so good that we`d better take part in more activities like this.They are able to help us to build a good awareness of environmental protection.
