场景介绍:B 坐在E 上吃东西,A 一乞丐上前。
A :Sir,sir,please give me a piece of bread.thank you,sir.I'm hungry to die.
A:先生,先生,请给我些面包,谢谢,我饿得不行了。
B :Get away,get away,dirty man.
B:(厌恶)让开,让开。(然后便起身离开,这时他的钱包掉到E 上头了)
A :Sir,sir!!
A:先生,先生。(A 看见后,立即拾起,追上了走远的B )
B :Run away,please run away.I have no food,and I don't have money,either
B:让开,让开啊,我没吃的了,也没钱了。(看也不看A ,仍自顾自地走了)
C :Hey,xiao D,he is so foolish,isn't he?
C:他真愚蠢啊
A :But....sir....please listen to me.....
A:可„„先生„„您听我说„„(仍拉着B 衣服的后摆)
B :Wa,why are you so disgusting!!
B:挖,你这人怎么这么讨厌!(还是没有回头看A 一眼)
C :Hey,chair,do you feel the man sat on you a moment ago is very stupid.
C:椅子啊,你会不会觉得刚刚坐在你身上的人特愚蠢?
E :Ai,pretty flower,do you know,men are always very silly.
E:唉,人总是这么愚蠢啊~~~~ 与此同时A 与B 还在纠缠,这时E 终于隐忍不住爆发了。
E :Sir!you lost your wallet!Can't you be more clever?
E:先生!你的钱包丢了!你怎么这么傻啊。
A 与B 同时回头,看见了那会说话的椅子E ,吓昏过去了。这一幕恰巧被经过的F 看见了。于是F 就报道了这一事件。
F :Good morning,everybody.I'm a jonrnist F. Today I saw a very weird thing--a chair open her mouth,and two men are frightened to faint. Now,I will intenview the two nozzy man.

英文短剧本的特点:要精炼台词,把握好想要体现的话剧意义。
一、话剧剧本的定义
主要由剧中人物的对话、独白、旁白和舞台指示组成。对话、独白、旁白都采用代言体,在戏曲、歌剧中则常用唱词来表现。
二、话剧剧本的特点:
1、反映现实生活的矛盾要尖锐突出
剧本中的矛盾冲突大体分为发生、发展、高潮和结尾四部分。演出时从矛盾发生时就应吸引观众,矛盾冲突发展到最激烈的时候称为高潮,这时的剧情也最吸引观众,最扣人心弦。高潮部分也是编写剧本和舞台演出的“重头戏”,是最“要劲”、最需要下工夫之处。
2、空间和时间要高度集中
剧本要求时间、人物、情节、场景高度集中在舞台范围内。小小的舞台上,几个人的表演就可以代表千军万马,走几圈就可以表现出跨过了万水千山,变换一个场景和人物,就可以说明到了一个全新的地方或相隔多少年之后…… 都可通过幕、场变换集中在舞台上展现。
3、剧本的语言要表现人物性格
剧本的语言主要是台词。台词,就是剧中人物所说的话,包括对话、独白、旁白。独白是剧中人物独自抒发个人情感和愿望时说的话;旁白是剧中某个角色背着台上其他剧中人从旁侧对观众说的话。剧本主要是通过台词推动情节发展,表现人物性格。
