I don't think it is reasonable for every emploee has same salary since they have different amont of work, vary attitute towards work and the effort thry have made. Some people do more than the other, when they get same paycheck, the hard-working one won't do more works, and the lazy one won't change, and the company is indefinately close to go bankrupt. So I hold strongly negative toward this idea, it is not only unfair to the people who done the work, but alsospoiling the lazy ones. For example, a student study until midnight and the other student didn't study at all, but they get same score; it is exactly same thing, it didn't treat people equally, instead it make things worse.
