巴雷手表 我的手表有2006年不走了。表舵老是卡。不能动。 12/03/2005，本人随团在香港导游的带领下（香港导游始终未向本团人员说明其属于哪个旅行社），来到位于香港土瓜湾九龙城道135号的“皇室钟表珠宝”购物。一个自称是本店经理的男子， 向我们极力推荐一种品牌为“Palais Cristalin”的手表（男子称其为“巴雷表”），他说劳力士、欧米茄已经过时，欧洲和香港现在流行戴瑞士名表“Palais Cristalin巴雷表”。还说这款表是瑞士原装进口的一级手表，其品质远远高于梅花、浪琴等品牌……在不久的将来就会升值！并且说在北京、上海等城市的表店也有出售，还叫我们回内地后要去比较一下，就知道他们这有多便宜了！ 同时承诺14天内可以100%退款，如此表若非宣传的那样，将以一陪十。 本人在“皇室钟表珠宝”的“经理”及店员的极力推荐下，选择了一款 “国际名表”“原装瑞士巴雷表CM2741wCP6816621”。 说是2005年限量发行的，以HK$3680成交（原价HK$15200）。 ` 本人回到河北承德后，通过网上查询获悉，此手表不是瑞士原装进口，而且此“Palais Cristalin表” 及“皇室钟表珠宝”也曾经多次改名，其销售对象主要为内地旅游团，内地已有许多人因为在“皇室钟表珠宝”购买“Palais Cristalin表”受骗。 综合各方面的证据可以得出以下的结论：1。本人所购表为假货，并非卖方经理所说的是“国际名表”“瑞士原装进口一级手表”。2。购买此表的价格并不是一个合理的价格。3。此表在内地并不能享受到卖方所承诺的各项服务。4。卖方的行为属于欺诈，以上任何一项都能要求卖方的赔偿，并且是以一赔十（买手表时商家的承诺）。 谁都知道香港购物环境好，没有假货，被称为购物天堂。但是却发生了这样让人气愤的事情，真是给香港摸黑！我希望将此表退掉，相关责任单位在14天内能全额退还货款HK$6380，并承担一切相关的费用，为消费者讨回一个公道，让我们的消费权益得到真正的保障！ 本人保存着此表的完整的包装及发票等相关单据，贵网若需了解更多情况请与本人E-mail联系。 望尽快回复为盼！ 投诉编号： TS72380 产品名称： 巴雷手表 投 诉 人： 张林杰 产品型号： cm2741wcp6816621 投诉类型： 旅游/交通运输 - 旅游 出厂厂家： 不详 销售商家： 香港国际名表展览中心
