完整的方法是这样的：1.打开文档 → 工具 → 选项 → 常规 → 取消“中文字体也应用于西文”的勾选 → 确定；2.编辑 → 全选；3.在字体中设置设一次中文字体，再设置一次西文字体，这样Word就会分别对中西文设置字体。这样就可以了。
