accuse 和charge 的区别：
accuse 使用范围较广,主要用于一般的指责,也可用于法律上的正式控告，charge 比 accuse 正式,通常指在法庭上依法控告,也可以引申地使用于指责某人违反公认的行为准则。
charge所指控的内容比accuse更严重。
accuse后一般接of，而charge后一般接with。
