一般来说，要先打招呼：“what can I do for you？”或“May I help you？”这时客人一般会说自己需要什么，比如客人说我想买眉笔。“I want a eyebrow pencil。 ”然后你就可以推荐了，“Would you mind my recommending?”这句客套话后就可以开始介绍了，比如说，“这个是今年的畅销品，它的颜色持久自然。我相信您一定会喜欢。”“This one is a best seller, it has natural and lasting color.I believe you'll like it.”当客人选好产品后，如果有折扣，你可以说：“您一定总是那么幸运，您知道吗，您买的产品可以打九折”“You must always have good luck，you know what，you will receive a 10% discount on purchases。”英语中折扣写的是少掉的部分，比如打九折是 a 10% discount，打八折是 a 20% discount，那么打88折便是 a 12% discount，打85折就是 a 15% discount，这样能明白吧，就是a（100 —xx折）% discount，就是在英语中的表达。付钱后，然后你就可以说，“那么我帮您打包吧，还有什么问题吗？”“ok，now I‘ll wrap up for you。any questions？ ”其实一般不会问还有什么不满意的这样的问题。如果顾客问可以少吗？那么她应会说“can you give me some more discounts?” 这时你可以说“I’m sorry， it's the lowest price。”“不好意思，这个价钱已经很低了”然后结束了买卖你还以再问一句：“What else can I do for you? ”也许他还会买点别的也说不定。最后当然是说“谢谢光临，欢迎下次再来”了，“see you next time。”其实跟外国人没必要太过客套，这句就相当于中国的谢谢光临，下次再来了。差不多就这样吧，有问题继续问~~~
