一、用法不同
1、state：哟偶你工作名词、形bai词、动词。一般用作及物动词,接名词、代词、that从句、带疑问词的从句作宾语。作“状态、状况”解时是可数名词，常用于in a state of...的结构。
2、status：用作名词，用于科学术语。
二、侧重点不同
1、state：侧重于指人或物在环境、外表、心灵以及健康方面的状况，或指在某一阶段的状态或形式。倾向于现实生活中的物理状态，是可以具体描述出来的。
2、status：侧重于指一个人在政治、社会、经济、法律上的地位或身份，暗含地位显要意味。倾向于不确定的，抽象的描述。
