This article is intended for site selection of ChangSha Hengguang Logistics Distribution Center to carry out research. First, make an analysis of the current situation of Hengguang Logistics Distribution Center , only to find out some problems like the existing distribution center need to select a new site and so on. Second , aiming at this problem, it puts forward the selection method by centre-of-gravity method and FAHP. According to the current distribution centers , use centre-of-gravity method to get the the coordinate of distribution center , combine with boundary condition of this coordinate , choose ChangSha, Zhuzhou and XiangTan as primary sites , then , use FAHP to construct the related evaluation index system , through calculation to get the selection scheme of the final site. The research result of this paper will have profound significance in the site selection ChangSha Hengguang Logistics Distribution Center .
