1、学士学位，是高等教育本科阶段授予的学位名称。在中国学位结构中为基础学位，由国务院授权高等学校授予。由学位授予单位依照本单位的学位授予条件和《中华人民共和国学位条例》的相关规定进行授予。

学士学位表示学位取得者较好地掌握了本门学科的基础理论、专业知识和基本技能，并具有从事科学研究工作或担负专门技术工作的初步能力。

2、硕士是一个介于学士及博士之间的研究生学位，拥有硕士学位者通常象征具有基础的独立的思考能力。硕士课程主分为两种，分别是修课式和研究式。

3、博士学位是标志被授予者的受教育程度和学术水平达到规定标准的本专业的最高学识水准的学术称号。在学士学位、硕士学位和博士学位三种学位中，博士学位是最高的一级。

学士学位获得途径：

普通高等学校本科毕业生（包括统招专升本）毕业考试成绩合格，在校表现良好，就可以获得学士学位。有的学校要求过大学英语四级。

参加高等教育自学考试（本科），所有科目的加权成绩在该校所划定的分数以上（不同学校要求不同），毕业论文答辩良好及以上并通过学位英语考试，毕业后可以申请学士学位。

电大开放教育本科生，必修课平均成绩75分及以上，选修课70分及以上，通过学位英语考试，论文答辩成绩为良（或以上）可申请由国家开放大学授予的学士学位。

脱产、业余（函授）的成人教育本科生（包括成人专升本）毕业后符合条件者（一般是在校表现良好、论文良好及以上、所有科目平均分70分以上、补考累计少于四门、通过学位英语考试）可以申请学士学位。

远程教育（网络教育）本科（含网络教育专升本）的学生毕业后符合相关条件者也可申请学士学位。
