报名条件：
1、具有一定的国际商务单证实践经验或已接受过国际商务单证业务培训的从事国际商务单证业务的在职人员。
2、具有高中以上学历并有志从事国际商务单证工作的求职人员或在校学生。
3、参加2009年我会组织的国际商务单证员全国统一考试单科未获得通过的人员。
证书申请：
1、单证员证书是从业资格证书。同国际货运代理员一样，逐步在全国推行持证上岗制度。
2、单证员考试工作由商务部中国对外贸易经济合作企业协会组织，经过商务部人教司批复，也符合《行政许可法》的相关规定。
3、单证员证书的有效期暂定为5年，不需要进行年审。
4、单证员考试是由商务部人教司同意，中国外经贸企业协会牵头的。一年只进行一次考试。
