国外学位有三种：学士、硕士和博士。

国外学位证书的认证时间：
一般情况，整个国（境）外学历学位认证评估过程需要20个工作日以上。需要注意的是，这个时间不包括邮寄时间，工作日从我中心收到齐全的申请材料并通过初审的当日开始计算，至认证结果发放（寄出）之日结束。
如果颁发证书机构答复我中心核查信函不及时，外地申请者银行汇款到账不及时，认证时间都可能延长。对于以下认证申请认证中心会延长认证完成期限：
1、申请者在完成一个学历学位的过程中，学习地点或经历涉及两个（含）以上国家的（包括国内学习经历）；
2、申请者本人不能亲自递交申请材料手续委托他人代办的；
3、认证申请材料不全的；
4、所需认证的国（境）外学历学位证书颁发日期为三年。
