学好英语是我的目标。在我学英语的过程中，遇到的最大困难是——不敢张嘴说英语，差点因此放弃学习英语了。学生阶段完全无视英语课，从未读过英语，不是“发音不标准”能概括的尴尬，是很恐怖，很夸张，很摧残人的自信心的糟糕程度。不仅不敢当着人的面讲英语，我自己一个人的时候也不敢开口，我害怕听见自己嘴巴里发出的“英语”的声音，令我无地自容。后来加入过一些学英语的交流群，偶尔听到那种夸张的发音，都很亲切，那种真正从零开始的人能懂。应为实在太烂，也不好意思去找老师教，似乎放弃是最正经的选择了，差一点儿。挺感谢一个手机app——英语流利说。其实用过好几次，但不能坚持，反反复复安装又卸载。但我很幸运，我英语入门是选择的赖世雄美语从头学系列教材，刚好那段时间赖世雄跟英语流利说app合作，流利说app提供了赖世雄教材的内容。是我学过的教材，自然亲切，信任赖世雄老师，直接买了课程。钱都花了，趁着也要把入门那一册的课程练习完。一段时间后，居然感觉很有收获，虽然磕磕碰碰，但慢慢敢张嘴了，起码可以自己练习了。很果断，设置了一个目标，要坚持使用这个APP一年的时间，一天不落的用，每天都要用一会儿。后来习惯了，就非常容易执行，这个习惯的培养经历了很多困难，但它培养了我自律的习惯，收获不止英语进步。后来又买了美语初级、美语中级，我学新概念2，流利说又有新概念2的免费课程，所以一直用到今天早上，还有8课就把流利说上面的赖世雄美语中级的关卡全部通关了。这个app并没有什么神奇功效，它只是根据我“读英语的录音”有一个评分，分数并不严谨。但这个分数能供我自己参考，能具体到这句话某个单词，而且这个评分能大致量化自己的进步。即便流利说的关卡读满分，也不足以证明一个人的发音很好。但一个人起初只能读60-70分，通过慢慢的训练能读80-90分，这就是自己能实实在在感觉到的进步。而且是读最初级的关卡60分，读难度高的关卡90分，这就是自我进步的反馈，是动力，能让自己更容易坚持下去。我经常在知乎推荐这个app，也有很多人反驳我，讨论过，有人告诉我这种app没用，这种评分不科学，这种看着文本读的方式只会让自己越学越糊涂。对这类一件持怀疑态度，因为他们并不是单纯给我提建议，往往末尾总是一个转折——因此要上我们网站的1对1外教课才行；因此要加入我的收费微信群才能进步；因此要参加我的课程才行。都是套路，见怪不怪了。有时候也挺无语的，自己跟那些要考试、急着出国的人不一样，我对英语没什么实质性的需求，单纯是喜欢。我是美剧控，又爱读小说，喜欢数码产品，用ins、推特这类网站。我每天都有一些业余时间，觉得自己之前太浪费时间了，想好好利用自己的业余时间，想学个外语，刚好自己有喜欢的，就开始学起来了。我追求的是每天进步一点，但别太严苛，不要手机关机断wifi这样来影响生活。我看半节视频课，想玩游戏了就先玩一局游戏，完了再接着学，视频课看完就有收获。所以像训练口语发音，我也希望能轻松一点儿，就用一个手机app每天早起练一会儿，很容易执行，我慢慢喜欢上这个练习了。学英语有各种各样的方法，效果因人而异，我也经常回答这类的问题，我只提供我自己觉得有用的建议。像我用的这个APP，只是提供一个选择。论效果，它自然不能跟外教1对1去比较，也没有哪些名师微信群的内容有干货，但它的优点是随时随地，自己一个人就能练一会儿，而且只有很少的课程是收费的，自己先用一段时间，自己感觉下自己的进步，是否有用，自己最明白了。我这样解决了我“不敢张嘴”的问题，虽然目前口语还很差，发音不标准，但我敢张嘴说了，而且很愿意张嘴，对学好英语更有信心了。

背单词其实只是识记的第一个环节，而很多人都把背单词当成了学英语的方法，每天背得头昏眼花，看起来很努力，但是却没什么效果！为什么？方向错了。
