中国人的名字在英文里是不需要将姓放在名后面的，只有外国人才那样，他们有family name,given name,first name, family name是家庭的姓，first name父母给孩子取的，也就是nick name，given name是神父帮忙取的~ 他们的名字构成是first given family,中国人的名字就不用那么麻烦了，Zheng Aihua就可以了，如果您有英文名，比如说Eva,就写Eva CheungEva Cheung Eva跟爱华发音相似，是个女生的名字。 而姓在英文里必须变一下，一般都把chen,zheng,cheng翻译成Cheung， 当然，姓也可以不翻译的还有一个地址里有翻译的，可以去见识一下

爱华的外教估计是最好的，你可以去带孩子看看，喜不喜欢再说。有篇报道，你可以参看：晨报讯 少儿英语培训的“国际化”扑面而来时，应重新审视实用英语的培训。然而，众多英语考级和升学的压力，把孩子拉回到“哑巴英语”时代。对此，国际英语专家疾呼，应试英语可能成为孩子一时，却毁了孩子一生。对外交流、外资企业需要口语；甚至好的国内企业都要有英语面试和外事沟通。在这种要求下，学生们的十年考级路和获得的证书，此刻全变成了浮云！据专家介绍，2011年中国将有660万大学毕业生，但符合国际化双语交流能力的人才不足8万人！据了解，文科状元被香港大学拒绝，原因是虽然英语成绩高分，但语言交流能力欠缺，无法适应纯英文授课环境。据记者调查，国内很多的英语培训依然在重复着听说读写倒挂的传统模式，违反着语言学习的自然科学规律。学无良师和学无所用是一个普遍的现象。听和说是最基础的语言能力，就像我们上小学时，并不理解语法为何物？语法的学习是在语言思维习惯养成前提下的归纳总结，而我们对它的掌握却变成了死记硬背。很多语法很强的学生的英文写作，在母语国家的人看来其实是可以当笑话阅读的。实用英语选择中教还是外教很纠结很多家长明白英语口语的重要性但也会纠结于孩子到底应该和什么样的老师学口语。我们听见过无数辩论，如中教善于语法，外教善于口语等。其实，用一个例子来说明最简单不过：孩子在幼儿时，敢请一个不会普通话的天津保姆吗？我相信不出一个月，孩子就会和你说：“骂骂，我要吃豹子！”据记者调查，已取得四六级证书的在校大学生在生活中如果遇到外国人也会绕着走，甚至任职于很多英语培训机构的英语专业毕业中教老师，至少需要2-3个月，才能适应与外教进行正常的口语交流。不是所有外国人都是“外教”据了解，家长们不敢选择外教课程主要是因为目前英语培训市场上有太多鱼龙混杂的“外教”。目前国内很多“外教”，均存在是否来自母语为英语的国家，教师是否已在本国考取教师资格证、有否具备相对应年龄段儿童教学经验、培训单位是否持外专局证书等方面的严重问题。为此，记者采访了爱华少儿英语的英籍外方校长，心理学硕士，语言学博士大卫·考特（David Cotter）。考特博士是欧洲著名学者，有丰富的语言教学研究和实战经验。他九年前定居中国，并创办了爱华英语。考特博士全面负责外籍教师选拔、培训、评估和管理工作。在他督导下，爱华筛选外教非常苛刻，为了保证外教的稳定性，任职爱华的外教至少与之要签订一年以上的聘用合同，绝不使用兼职流动外教。很多外教在爱华都已经工作了四年以上。爱华英语还具有聘请外籍文教专家资质，更重要的是，外教必须本科以上，有教学经验。比如中关村中心的外教Rose和James，分别是伦大和曼大本科毕业，并有多年在英国教授美术学科和在国内教授幼儿园英语和商务英语经验。一个“厉害”家长如是说记者采访一个带着6岁孩子来爱华英语中关村校区上课，英语极为流利的家长。他曾锁定了四家培训机构，经过细致的比较，最终选择了爱华。记者问及原因，他说因为他本身就是做外事工作的，很了解外籍人员以及外籍人员来华等手续。另外自己又精通英语。他是直接找到爱华的外教聊天做深入了解，发现他们不仅是外国人，而且是真正的教师。此外，还有一个要点是爱华采用的教材是欧美非英语国家普遍使用的，教具也很时尚高科技，每个班人数不超过8人，彼此水平接近，孩子有更多机会实战参与，这令他满意。这样他就毫不犹豫把孩子送到爱华学习。
