Kuafu had a race with the sun to the place the sun set at. He felt thirsty and wanted to have a drink. The water in the rivers was not enough for him to drink. He had to run to the lake in the North. He died from thirsty before he had reached there. He left behind his walking stick on the way and it became a peach forest
