笔者认为应从以下几方面去努力:1、预习。预习既是学习方法问题,也是学习习惯的问题。预习的内容很多,如:课前要预习生词、课文和语法内容,在自己不懂的地方作上标记,带着问题有针对性去听课,课堂上尽力去解决自己不懂的问题,如仍不懂,课后应马上问老师。2、听课。听课是学习过程中最重要的环节,听课效率高的学生往往能够在课堂上掌握教师讲授的大部分内容。听课要做到:紧跟各个教学环节,如复习、引入、呈现、练习和巩固等;要集中精力,听懂教师的讲解,并做好笔记;积极参与课堂活动,如回答问题、对话、角色扮演和复述等。3、作业。要认真完成课后作业。英语作业分口头和笔头两种。对语言学习来说,朗读、记忆、背诵等课后作业十分重要。4、复习与总结。课后要进一步理解课上所学的内容,如整理笔记、复习重点和难点;熟读或背诵重要句子;通过归纳、分析和比较,使知识条理化;根据个人情况有针对性地进行复习。5、自备一本词典。对于重点词汇或易混词要勤查词典,学会用简单的英语去解释生词,其目的在于培养学生的自学能力,以便今后能正确使用英语词典等工具书,准确地理解词义。自己试着分析结构比较复杂的长句子,如能理解长、难句,那么也就不难理解整篇文章了,这样也随之提高了阅读能力。6、课外时间尽量多看些课外读物或英语报刊杂志,多读故事类、幽默笑话类材料,以便提高学习英语的兴趣。另外,可以辑一些英语谚语、警句等(如:Practice makes perfect. 熟能生巧;Where there is a will, there is a way.有志者,事竟成)。这样在扩大自己知识面的同时激励自己发奋学习。7、多说英语,多背课文,培养语感;多写英语,锻炼自己的组词造句能力;课余时间要多与老师交流,解决遗留问题,坚持勤学好问。

面试时我们常常遇到这样的问题,例如“在工作中你怎样面对一些艰难决策(tough decisions)”。HR们提出这样的问题并非是想得到一个关乎对错判断的答案(there are no right or wrong answers to this question),而是想看你在面对困境与棘手问题,你会遵照怎样的方式去解决(when you face a difficult decision or situation, you are able to handle it),以及怎样的决策对你来说是困难的(They also want to see what kind of decisions you consider difficult)。这种问题我们称之为“ 行为面试问题 (behavioral interview questions )”。行为面试问题主要通过详细了解你对某一问题作出的应对措施来考察你某些方面的素质。说白了,核心就是看你在过去的工作实践中如何反应来判断你在新工作中的表现。(The logic behind these types of questions is that how you behaved in the past is a predictor of what you will do in the future.)应对这类行为面试问题最有效的方法就是:举出实例。你需要讲出自己在过往工作中面临的困境的具体例子(give one or two concrete examples of difficult situations ),进而阐述自己是如何做出决策和化解难题的(discuss what decisions you had to make to remedy the situations)。下面就为大家给出一些回答此类行为面试问题的小tips以及回答范例,希望能帮助你在下个面试中有更好的表现。Tips: 1、要自信(be confident) 举例说明时,要给面试官留下你确实有足够的自信以及能力在当时的情况下做重要决定(come across as confident and capable of making big decisions ),冷静和理性客观是首要的(calmly and rationally. ),同时注意避免提及那些使你显得优柔寡断或不是很确定的例子(avoid examples that make you seem indecisive or uncertain)。 2、要积极(keep positive) 一定要在整个面试过程中保持一种积极的状态。这里的“积极”特指你在你所提及的过往事例中所处的一种心理状态。(mental state)你曾经在某个特殊情境下必须解雇一名员工 ( it was a difficult decision to lay off that particular employee),这本是个消极决策,但它却正确地、有效地提升了部门效益(led to improvements in efficiency and productivity throughout our department”),这时你就要有足够的底气向面试官展示自己的能力。 3、要详细(be specific) 无论你给出怎样的例子作为答案,一定记得要详尽(Whatever answer you give, be specific.)。一定记得要包括 “what you did”、“how you did it”,以及最最重要的:你的最终“艰难决策”有什么样的效果,它如何从根本上使你的团队收益。(how your difficult decision ultimately profited your team and your employer.)Examples of the Best Answers : 1、“Decisions I have to make within a team are difficult, only because these decisions take more time and require deliberate communication between team members. ”简明扼要提出自己回答的核心要点:decision with time、take more time and deliberate communication,给面试官清晰、利落的印象是非常重要的。2、“For example, I was working on a team project, and my colleagues and I had to make a number of choices about how to use our limited budget. Because these decisions involved group conversations, our team learned how to communicate effectively with one another, and I believe we ultimately made the best decisions for the team.”如何使用有限资金、节省预算称得上是一大艰难决定,其中牵扯组员之间交流、各方意见冲突,最终能做到人与人之间的意见利益平衡统一实属不易。 3、“As a manager, the most difficult decisions I make involve layoffs.
