说明：computer privacy虽然有词典翻成计算机隐私，但从朗道英汉词典、爱词霸英汉词典上看都翻成“计算机保密性，计算机安全性”，可见与computer security其实是一回事。那么下面的定义和内容就可解决楼主的要求了（引自Wiki百科）Computer security is a branch of information technology known as information security which is intended to protect computers. private与personal都有“私人的”意思，但是请注意这两个词的构词方法上的区别。personal这个单词是从person这个词加上al形容词后缀来构成形容词的，person这个词本身的意思是“人，个人”，从“人”这个词变形得来自然要以“人”为本嘛，所以由person变化得到的personal这个形容词在意思上更偏向于用来形容与人（特别是个体的人）本身具有直接关系的词。所以personal也有“亲自的”意思；此外personal也可作为一个名词，意为“（报刊上的）人事栏”。因此，如果外国人看到“personal school”这样的字眼，他（她）的第一反应是“这是一个只为一个人提供教育的学校”，这样的学校在貌似有违常理，学校是面向社会传播知识的地方，怎么可能只为一个人提供服务呢？再来看private。private虽然也有“私人的”意思，但是除了这个与personal类似的意思，private还有“平民的，非公共性质的，非公开的”意思，与public”政府的、公共的、公开的“意思相反。因此，这边用private修饰学校，所要表达的就是”私立学校，民办学校“的意思，与public school表达的”公办学校“的意思相对，而绝非是personal school所要表达的那种为私人占有并服务的”高富帅御用学校“。总结一下，我们在学习英文单词时不要因为教科书上只罗列出了部分最常用的意思而认为某个单词就只有那个意思，这样做是幼稚的。以后再遇到”private与personal“这样的问题时，可以先翻开字典查看两个单词都有哪些意思和常见的用法，然后仔细地结合句子的语境和社会生活的常识去揣摩，答案自然就很会很明晰地呈现在你脑海。
