Young teachers or eldesly teachers,which do you prefer?Nowadays,Our class have a discuss about that young teachers or eldesly teachers,which do you prefer?There are many students support the young teacher for reasons as follows.First of all,A young teacher is always energtic and full of passion,More over ,They are good at innovation.However,some students have the opposite opinion,they think an old teacher is better.To start with,they are patient and experiened in teaching,at the same time,their explanations are rich in detail.In my opinion,I think a young teacher is better for we are similar in age and some other respects.
