HRM 是human resource management的缩写,是指人力资源管理(也叫HR管理),目标是让企业HR更好地进行人力资源的发展和规划。系统重点是实现人力资源部门在员工素质管理、薪资管理、绩效考核等方面的需求。HRD(Human Resource Development) 人力资源发展,简称HRD。是80年代兴起的旨在提升组织人力资源质量的管理战略和活动,也是正在不断发展的一个职业领域和科学。 一般而言,HRD比较重视个人的发展,是从个人内在配合组织外在发展。
