用英语讲的话是professional master's degree,专业型学位， master of professinal,专业型硕士研究生。培养现状的话，不同专业不一样，现在比较成熟的有工程硕士和金融硕士、会计硕士等，所了解的大多数情况跟学硕的就业没有太多区别，但是一些比如国际商务专业硕士，由于第一届毕业生还没有毕业，所以大家也都不是很清楚他的认可度，在保研的时候大家也都比较避免这种offer，但是有还是比没有强啦。。所知道的也有不少人在考，由于是个新兴的东西，所以还有待考研，就看这些专硕出来以后的表现了。综合而言就是，除了在学术方向又继续发展的意向可能会受到限制，大家都持观望态度，目前还没听说有什么别的太不好的，既然国家学习西方国家有这种导向，应该就不会让这部分学生太吃亏啦，想想应该也是这个道理，况且一般培养是两年，不读博士，不搞学术，还是比较不错的选择。 不知道这样回答满不满意。。

专业型硕士研究生的国内发展现状：

国内2015年专业型硕士将与学术型硕士持平。

由于专业型硕士起步较晚，众人对它的了解有限，除了北上广等职场竞争比较激烈的城市，在福州这样的二三线城市，其重要性并不明显。

但是据福建农林大学管理学院副院长陈贵松博士介绍，教育部已出台相关文件表示，2015年，学术型硕士和专硕的招生比例将为1:1，学术型的硕士必须读博，专搞学术研究。

而据美国海归留学专家刘伟明老师介绍，其实在西方国家，很多人都是工作几年后再读硕士的，这样在有一定工作经验之后，对某一个领域的应用有一定了解之后，再次补充学习往往事半功倍。通常西方国家专业型硕士占到总硕士比例的70%-80%。
