如果修电机拆除旧线时记下每槽线的匝数，量下线径，然后清理槽口，垫上绝缘纸，打好线把，下到槽里，再用竹签封口就完成了，如果新下线，可根据定子的数据按资料查线径和匝数。

如果没资料的电机下线，根据矽钢片的质量计算磁通量高斯，然后根据定子的磁极宽和长度线槽的深度算出V/A /匝，乘以电压计算出所需匝数，然后根据槽口的面积计算出线径，依照上述方法下线就完成了，然后预烘干，再浸漆、烘干就完成了。再根据线径所容许的电流，确定电机的功率。

关于定子绕组

定子绕组是指安装在定子上的绕组,也就是绕在定子上面的铜线 。绕组是由多个线圈或线圈组构成一相或整个电磁电路的统称。电动机根据线圈绕制的形状与嵌装布线方式不同，可分为集中式和分布式两类。集中式绕组的绕制和嵌装比较简单，但效率较低，运行性能也差。目前的交流电动机定子绝大部分都是应用分布式绕组，根据不同机种、型号及线圈嵌绕的工艺条件，电动机各自设计采用不同的绕组型式和规格。定子绕组根据电动机的磁极数与绕组分布形成实际磁极数的关系，可分为显极式与隐式两种类型。

电动机线圈的形状有多种，但其基本结构由三部分组成，即嵌入铁心槽内的直线部分称有效边，而一只线圈有两个有效边，是产生电磁能量转换的有效部分；连接两有效边的部分，在线圈嵌装后处于铁心两端槽外，称线圈端部，它是线圈构成必不可少的部分，但不能作能量转换；引线是线圈绕制后的首、尾线头，也是引接线圈电流的连接点。

凡是220V的电动机都有启动绕组和启动电容，有的还要有运转电容，电容在单相中主要是做补偿作用

电机线圈的绕法

电机拆除旧线的时侯记录一下每槽的线圈匝数，把线径量出来，再去对槽口进行清理，接着垫纸以及打线，等到了槽里面用竹签把口封起来。但是电机倘若装新线，就要利用定子信息和相关资料来确定线径和匝数。
