promise在外国电影中最常见！ 我发誓：I swear ... (美国总统就职时一般都会说“i do solemnly swear...”)vow也用在口语上，结婚誓词就是vows，上面两个常用。

供参考cross your heart 在这里可以但原句有一些可以改动的地方(1) because is nothing to use 这句没有主语 而to use 及 nothing 在语境上的意思重复了 可以只有其一 建议﹕ because it is nothing 或 because it is totally useless(2) 个人觉得 because it is totally useless 比较好一点 其中一个原因是带出‘一点...也没有'的意思(3) 整句会是 Don't cross your heart to me, because it is totally useless
