威尔金森催化剂（英语：Wilkinson's catalyst），即氯化三(三苯基膦)合铑(I)，是由已故的英国化学家杰弗里·威尔金森爵士在1966年发现的一种金属铑的络合物。

丙烯，氨和Montecatini Edison法高活性、低容重流态空气催化剂的综合应用，使丙烯腈的生产成本降到最低。 —— Giorgio Caporali ，意大利米兰 Montecatini Edison公司自1960年左右起，丙烯与氨和空气的催化反应一直是制取丙烯腈的主要路线。Montecatini Edison公司的方法于1968年首次商业化，应用在该公司年产量6000吨的工厂中。这一方法已授权给Paular有限公司，该公司在西班牙有一家年产量40 000吨的工厂。Montecatini Edison公司正在筹建另一家年产量100 000（怀疑原文粘贴错误）吨的工厂。虽然丙烯腈的多种现代生产方法表面上类似，都有很高的产品纯度，但各自的原始特决定了它们之间还是存在一定差异。催化体系和反应技术催化剂还原和产物纯化流程的性质、条件和顺序。Montecatini Edison法的流程和特点如图 1 所示，其他数据中可由文献查得。原材料：反应物只有三种，氧气以空气形式提供，不需蒸汽稀释。工业级丙烯（92-93%，平衡产物为丙烷）和无水化肥级氨水即可满足要求。不能选用高级烯烃，因为他们在净化过程中会产生副产物。气态反应物预先混合并由底部加入反应器。反应器：采用大型流化床催化反应器，包括：底部均布板，承载催化剂并均布气体;顶部设备，可产生多重效应的旋风；浸脚，将催化剂还原并送回底部附近的反应区;另有特殊装置将多个热交换器置于流化床中，可排出反应余热和收集蒸汽。反应条件：标准反应条件为： 温度420-460摄氏度 ；绝对压力2kg/cm2;给料成分为：丙烯体积分数6.7-8%，丙烷体积分数0.2 - 0 .6%,氨体积分数7.5-9%，空气体积分数82.5 - 86%（氨的体积分数不小于丙烯，空气化学计量过量约50%） ;班轮气速为每秒1-2英尺（视通常运行条件下空反应器的情况而定）;接触时间取值在2-6秒之间；气体体积基于以上所述，按通常运行条件取值，并参考压缩催化剂的体积。催化剂：催化剂是碲，铈，钼的含氧化合物组成的混合物，承载在微球型硅胶载体上，其中活性成分的质量分数为20-30%，容重低。该催化剂现由丙烯腈生产装置的临近设施生产。
