2.ECR系统建立了稳定的伙伴关系在传统的商品供应体制上,生产者、批发商、零售商联系不紧密或相互间较为紧密,发生的每一次定货都有很大的随机性,这就造成生产与销售之间商品流动的极不稳定性,增加了商品的供应成本。
而ECR系统恰恰克服了这些缺点,在生产者、批发商、零售商之间建立了一个连续的、闭合式的供应体系。改变了相互敌视的心理,使他们结成了相对稳定的伙伴关系,克服了商业交易中的勾心斗角,实现了共存共荣,是一种新型的产销同盟和产销合作形式。
3.ECR系统实现了非文书化,ECR系统充分利用了信息处理技术,使产购销各环节的信息传递实现了非文书化。无论是企业内部的传票处理,还是企业之间的订货单、价格变更、出产通知等文书都通过计算机间的数字交换(EOI)进行自动处理。
由于利用了电子数据交换、生产企业在出产的同时,就可以把出产的内容电传给进货方,作为进货方的零售企业只要在货物运到后扫描集运架或商品上的电码就可以完成入库验收等处理工作。由于全面采用了电子数据交换,可以根据出产明细自动地处理入库,从而使处理时间近似为0,这对于迅速补充商品,提高预测精度,大幅度降低成本起了很大作用。
