辩论赛的话，如果是辩论的过程中放，那内容就是一些比赛规则，每过一个环节就放一页。如果是想做辩论的内容的话，那就得把双方的主要观点放在ppt中。可以在首页放两张图片，一张county，一张city，然后中间加个“VS”。
