③模板对缝严密，无漏浆。 模板在现场拼装时，必须严格按照承台模板尺寸拼装成整体；控制好相邻板面之间的拼缝，并在阴阳角处模板连接加设胶条进行密封，以防漏浆。
④模板支撑须牢固，无松动、位移、跑模现象。在施工中，模板支撑在基坑周围的基土上，基土必须坚实，且为保证支撑部分具有足够的支撑面积，在其支架的下方垫木板。
⑤模板内不应有积水、杂物等。浇筑混凝土前，对模板内表面洒水湿润，模板与混凝土的接触面应清理干净。
⑥浇筑混凝土前，模板安装须根据《混凝土结构工程施工质量验收规范》进行验收，确保模板安装的质量。
2) 模板拆除要点。
①不可过早拆除模板，拆除时，混凝土强度应能保证其表面及棱角不受损伤。
②拆除模板的顺序和方法，应按照模板设计规定进行。若设计无规定时，应遵循先支后拆，后支先拆; 先拆不承重的模扳，后拆承重部分的模板;自上而下，先拆侧向支撑，后拆竖向支撑等原则。
③模板拆除后，分规格堆放整齐。
