enact应该更好一些。制定法律应该可以用make,也可以用enact我不觉得这个地方的介词是强制性的，用on, about 神马的应该也可以。你可以直接说什么法律啊，eg. Education Law。没必要那么啰嗦吧。可以首先not mention用法不正确，应该是not to mention doing sth，意思是更不用说。我不确定可不可以放在句首，但是我从没见过放在句首的句子，你懂的，，，如果你要写从句你用that,你不写从句就不用that啊。而且你第一句话写得有问题。are 和abandon是两个动词，不能同时出现在一个句子里。要么你就不要用there be 句型，要么你就在people后加一个who，将其改成定语从句。behaviors. 总感觉你这句话有歧义，你最好改一下“the neglect of pets"我对句子成分的了解没那么透彻，但是我觉得那个应该放在moon cake之后用来修饰月饼的才对吧，如果是我的话，这个句子我不会这么写，好别扭的感觉。可以，，，但你不觉得这范围有点微大吗？柯林斯上的解释是可以的需要加some...Others...和Some...the others...前者表示整体有若干部分，除了some 和others还有没提到的。后者是把整体只分成了两个部分，一个是some，一个是the others.前者可译为其他的，后者可译为剩下的。不可以吧，some others常用来指物啊。E.g. I do not want this skirt. Please show me some others.
