Since the modern times, with the rapid advancing of market economy, the pressure of competition between enterprises increases with each day. Many enterprises seize the oppurtunity and fly to the top of the chart, but more of them become broke in the process and are forced to withdraw. Every failing enterprise, before becoming broke and liquidating, has a similar experience of painfully struggling in financial crises. Financial crises already became the most significant problem for an enterprise to survive and develop. Whoever is interested in this matter should not ignore the researches on the causes of financial crises, as the only way to further predict and control the financial crises' emergence and development, therefore improving the running of the enterprise is to be aware of the causes of financial crises. This paper first gives a simple introduction to the current state (damage) of financial crises, then researches on the causes and contents of financial crises, and at last gives some plain opinions on how to prevent financial crises.
