只有两种读法：
1、一般情况下，将表示年份的四个数字按前后分为两组，每一组的数字都按基数词来读。例如：
1865年读作 eighteen sixty-five。
1998年读作 nineteen ninety-eight。
2、如果前两个数字为非“零”数字，后两位数分别为“零”，则先读出前两位数，然后将后面的两个“零”读为 hundred。例如：
1900年读作 nineteen hundred。
1800年读作 eighteen hundred。
国际标准日期书写顺序：
多年以来，世界各国用阿拉伯数字写年、月、日的方法很不统一。例如同样是1987年6月1日，美国人习惯写成6.1.1987；欧洲人习惯写成1.6.1987；而亚洲人则习惯写成1987.6.1。
1987年，国际标准化组织公布了最新制订统一规范的日期写法，即依照年、月、日顺序书写，但1位数的月、日前面要加“0”，例如：1987.06.01。

英文日期写法
日期写法宜遵从下列规则：
1、年份必须完全写明，不可用“04代替2004”。
2、月份要用英文名称，不要用数字代替。
3、月份名称多用公认的缩写式。但May, June, July。因为较短，不可缩写。
4、写日期时，可用基数词1，2，3，4，5，……28，29，30，31等，也可用序数词lst，2nd，3rd，4th，5th,……28th，29th，30th，31lst等。但最好用基数词，简单明了。
5、在年份和月日之间必须用逗号隔开。

2008年8月8日，是August 8th，two thousand and eight 1995。
nineteen ninty-five 2000就是two thousand，零一点的就是几thousand and几年份是整数。
比如1000，2000就读一千两千 其余的就是前两位数读成一个两位数，后两位读成另一个两位数就行。
日期的写法可以采用基数词和序数词两种形式。例如： March 1也可以写成March 1st；May 29也可以写成May 29th。但是，日期的读法只能用序数词的形式。
例如：
October 31（October 31st）读作October（the）thirty-first
August 26（August 26th）读作August（the）twenty-sixth
注意：通常情况下，the 是不读出来的。
在朗读时，"月份"一般直接用英语读出；"日"则要读成"the 序数词"。
