全国英语口语等级考试一年举行两次，分为上下半年，考试时间为每年3月开考PETS-1(B)、1、2、3级，每年9月开考1、2、3、4级。具体时间以当年当次通知为准。报名时间及方式请参见各省教育考试院或自考办通知。
